

Just Breathe
I've been trying to find it within me to write my blog all week. I've been hoping to write my own poem or essay for the next "Just Breathe" Inspirational Reading Circle, too. I just haven't been "feeling it". It's strange how when you're feeling a bit under the weather physically, even the things that you enjoy the most seem impossible. So I've found myself staring at a blank page. Then I came across this quote, and how true is that? You can't edit a blank page. And so it is


The Great Pumpkin
I am an inadvertent farmer. Well, maybe not a farmer, but this amazing pumpkin has grown in my yard this Summer. I could not have grown a more perfectly beautiful pumpkin if I had tried - it's size, color and shape are all that I could have hoped for. But the reason I say I'm an inadvertent farmer is because I didn't plant a single pumpkin seed.
